Tracy Dudar

Tracy is an art and play-based therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families through life’s challenges. With a strong focus on early intervention, she provides counselling for children and youth aged 2 to 17 who are navigating diverse social, emotional, mental health, and behavioural concerns. Tracy has a special interest in parent-child attachment, challenging behaviours, trauma, anxiety, and grief and loss.

Throughout her career, Tracy has worked within the education and healthcare systems, First Nations communities, Victim Services, the Ministry of Social Services, adoption services, and non-profit organizations. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the unique needs of her clients and the importance of providing a safe, supportive space for growth and healing.

Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan, a graduate-level diploma in Art Therapy from the British Columbia School of Art Therapy, and a Therapeutic Play Practitioner Certificate from the Rocky Mountain Play Therapy Institute. She has advanced training in Theraplay, Trauma-Informed Expressive Arts Therapies, Circle of Security, Solution-Focused Therapy, and the use of various art mediums. Tracy is guided by the Canadian Art Therapy Association Code of Ethics and remains committed to ongoing professional learning.

Using art materials, play-based activities, games, books, puppets, and sandtray, Tracy helps her clients explore their experiences creatively and safely. She believes in walking alongside her clients as they build insight, express themselves, discover their strengths, and move toward healing. Tracy is known for her down-to-earth, supportive, and non-judgmental presence, and for creating spaces where children and youth feel seen, heard, and empowered.

Krystal MacNevin

Krystal is an art therapist passionate about helping people explore their inner world and work through life’s challenges using creativity and connection. She provides counselling services to children, teens, and adults, using a trauma-informed, person-centered approach. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or life transitions, she is here to support you in a way that feels safe, empowering, and uniquely you.
Working with the Ministry of Social Services, Victim Services, and community-based organizations has helped Krystal develop an understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by her clients and how important it is to be heard, seen, and supported. She has also led art workshops through local recreation and community programs, creating accessible spaces for expression and healing.
Krystal is now a registered art therapist through The Canadian Art Therapy Association. She has completed a graduate-level diploma in art therapy through The Winnipeg Holistic Expressive Arts Therapy Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan. Krystal completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) and continues to grow through ongoing learning and connection. As a proud Métis woman, Krystal is deeply committed to offering a culturally respectful and inclusive space.
Krystal has a special interest in supporting individuals in the helping professions as well as older adults. Her goal is to help you reconnect with your inner knowing and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion.

Kelsey Chupa

Kelsey provides play-based therapy services with warmth and creativity. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Regina and is a Registered Social Worker with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers. Kelsey brings her play therapy training into sessions, using sand tray and other expressive tools to help children and youth feel safe, engaged, and able to express themselves in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

With experience supporting children, youth, and families in a variety of settings, Kelsey is especially dedicated to working with children aged 4–12. At the heart of her practice is building strong, authentic connections, ensuring that each child feels seen, heard, and supported.

Kelsey’s counselling approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based. She wholeheartedly believes in each child’s unique strengths and their ability to heal and grow in the way that is right for them.

McKayla Evanovich

McKayla holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from the University of Saskatchewan and is in her second year of art therapy training through the Winnipeg Holistic Expressive Arts Therapy (WHEAT) Institute. She is dedicated to supporting individuals through creative and therapeutic expression, integrating art with trauma-informed care to foster healing, resilience, and personal growth.

McKayla has experience working alongside First Nations youth and young people navigating adversity, bringing a culturally sensitive and client-centred approach to her practice. She has provided individualized support to students, addressing academic and personal challenges, overcoming barriers to success, and fostering overall well-being and development.

In addition, McKayla has planned, supervised, and facilitated arts and crafts activities for youth, encouraging artistic expression and skill development. Passionate about both mental health and the arts, she strives to create safe and supportive spaces where individuals can explore identity, emotions, and self-discovery through creative expression.

Alesi Lubchenko

Alesi is an Art Psychotherapist-in-Training who brings together educational expertise, artistic proficiency, and therapeutic training. She is currently enrolled in the Art Psychotherapy Diploma program at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy (CiiAT), with expected completion in 2026.

With over five years of teaching experience, Alesi has supported diverse populations, including neurodivergent youth and students with learning differences. She is committed to client-centred, strength-based approaches and integrates equity, diversity, inclusion, and trauma-informed practices into her work.

Skilled in multiple artistic mediums, Alesi adapts her interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. She is dedicated to creating accessible, supportive spaces where individuals can explore, express, and grow through art and creativity.

Jami Ahrens

Office Administrator

Jami has supported small businesses with bookkeeping and admin tasks since their teens, beginning with family-run ventures. They’ve freelanced for a range of clients, including counselling services and non-profits, and completed seasonal work with a tax firm in 2024. Jami handles our invoicing, communication, and general coordination. Outside of work, they enjoy life on the farm with their dogs and spend time knitting.
