About Creative Expressions Art & Play Therapy
Creative Expressions Art & Play Therapy is a centrally located, Saskatoon-based organization that has been supporting children, youth, and families across Saskatchewan for nearly a decade.
Our team brings a wealth of diverse professional experience working with children across the systems that shape early development, including daycare settings, Head Start programs, elementary and high schools, healthcare environments, and community organizations.
We have extensive experience supporting children and youth involved in child protection, foster care, and reunification processes, as well as families navigating complex life circumstances.
Our Experience
Community Partnerships
We have built strong, meaningful partnerships with numerous First Nation communities throughout Saskatchewan and collaborate closely with non-profit organizations supporting neurodivergent, newcomer, at-risk, and displaced children and youth.
Our Approach
Through art and play therapy, we provide safe, developmentally appropriate spaces for children to express and process complex emotions and experiences such as trauma, loss, displacement, and family transitions.
By fostering supportive therapeutic relationships and encouraging creative expression, we help children strengthen emotional regulation, build healthy relationships, and develop resilience.
